Aromatherapy

Relax and revitalise with essential oils!

These therapeutic oils are absorbed through the skin and work on any areas of need – whether due to stiff muscles or anxiety!

Ayurvedic Bolus Treatment

Personal time for yourself

Life in the 21st century can be hectic and stressful with pressures at home and work and in our personal lives that can lead to anxiety and depression.

Many people say they have nobody to confide in when feeling low.

A counsellor provides a safe and confidential situation to explore and discuss your feelings.

Crystal Healing

Have fun with crystals - be amazed by their energies!

Deep Tissue Massage

A strong, deep massage that works on groups of muscles.

Hopi Ear Candling - Thermo-Auricular Therapy

Relaxing and balancing

Gentle vibrations as the candles burn work to balance pressure in the ears, Eustachian tubes and sinuses. A warm feeling gently balances, helps remove wax and other material from the ears. Process is followed by a soothing facial massage.

  • May help with sinus congestion and possibly tinnitus
  • Clears energy in the crown chakra

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is handed down from generation to generation in India . In the UK it has been adapted so that therapists can receive training. It concentrates on the upper back, neck, shoulders, scalp and face.

Benefits

  • Increases circulation, releases tensions. Ideal if you store tension in neck and shoulders.
  • Can help with headaches, blocked sinuses, jaw tension
  • Good for hair growth and a healthy scalp
  • Can help with fatigue

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A different massage routine that encourages your lymphatic system to work more efficiently. This in turn helps toxins and waste products to be removed from the body.

  • Encourages the removal of toxins and waste products
  • Can help if you are feeling sluggish, tired or ‘run down’
  • A gentle but effective treatment that often leads to feeling more energetic

Reflexology

A Lakeland Balancing ACT client enjoys a reflexology treatmentA whole body workout without the suffering!

Both feet (and hands) contain tiny reflex points, which relate to other organs or parts of the body. The feet reflexes are worked systematically, the body balanced and toxins released.

Can be combined with vertical reflexology.

Reiki

Jen Musgrave gives a Lakeland Balancing ACT client a relaxing massageThe therapist works to relax muscles, get rid of knots and tension, and help muscles stay supple and smooth.

Yoga Therapy
